Corporate Investigation Assignment

I want a title page (and other items that would constitute a professional appearance). The answers to the questions should be next. If applicable, you should provide why the information is interesting and/or what the information tells you. Then I want a printout or photocopy of the page where you found the information. Not the whole document, just the page. Make sure you use a variety of resources.
